La Gente Consulting, LLC
Founded in 2001 in San Antonio, Texas, La Gente Consulting is a Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Business (SDVOSB) specializing in healthcare strategy, operations, and data analytics. We partner with healthcare providers, regulators, and community organizations to enhance service delivery and health outcomes—especially in complex systems.

Maya Bridge Languages, LLC
Maya Bridge Language Services was founded to address the urgent need for Mayan language interpretation in the U.S. Today, we are a national leader in Indigenous and lower-diffusion language access, offering interpreting and translation services in over 250 languages. We specialize in sourcing certified interpreters—including those for rare and hard-to-find languages—with valid U.S. work authorization. Our services support government, healthcare, legal, and community-based organizations through in-person, phone, and video delivery.

Social & Health Equities, Inc.
At Social and Health Equities, we believe that everyone—no matter their background, income, or zip code—deserves the chance to live a healthy, meaningful life. We partner with local, national, and global organizations to identify community needs and use technology to bridge access gaps for marginalized and vulnerable populations. Language Access Services

Our language services ensure clear, respectful communication across over 230 languages—including 145+ Indigenous and underrepresented languages—whether in-person or virtually, in settings like hospitals, schools, courts, and community spaces.


Courses and Training

Our training programs are created with communities, by communities. We also offer equity-focused courses and training designed with and for communities, providing hands-on tools to strengthen knowledge in areas such as health equity, language justice and systems change.

 
Healthcare Consulting

On the healthcare front, we support organizations with strategy, operations and analytics expertise to improve how services are delivered—especially in complex environments. Every step of the way, we center people, dignity, and impact.

Equity-Focused Programs

We build programs led by the community to tackle the root causes of health—things like jobs, education, housing and safe neighborhoods. We work hand-in-hand with communities to create lasting change where it matters most.
